For Grupo Elemento it is very important to raise awareness about the importance of empowering all women in all environments, protect their rights and ensure that they can reach their full potential.
That is why its President Jess Garcia, promoted a talk with all the women who make up the Group called "Mujeres que inspiran" (Women who inspire), given by psychologist Adriana del Muro.
Message from @jessgarcia_oficial
GE President
At Grupo Elemento we are aware and sensitive to the social needs of the world, our country and our society.
As President of a disruptive corporate, we recognize and seek to inspire women, promoting their empowerment, development, equality and self-esteem to assume leadership positions with a gender perspective.
Today 8M, International Women's Day, we commemorate the struggle of women to participate in society on an equal footing with men. The struggle for justice, peace, empowerment and development of women in all areas.
"For a world where we are socially equal, humanly different and totally free" Rosa Luxemburg
